Shipping Guidelines
Most orders placed with WALKINGSHOESPLUS.COM are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (your billing address must match the information on file with your issuing bank). All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 12 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Order placed after 12 PM PST will be shipped the following business dayOrders placed after 12 PM (PST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped providing you with a tracking number. You may use that number to check the status of your order at WWW.UPS.COM or www.usps.com

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered,
different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and
charges that will be applied to your order.
However,whenever possible, we ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS).
The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped
within the 48 contigous states via UPS Ground.
"Second Day Air" shipments arrive in two business days after departing our warehouse.
On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by UPS. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the
spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, please add $10.00 to the shipping
charge shown on your order. (Note that the above shiping charges are for continental US only.)
