  • The Goods Must Be Returned in Original Condition
    WalkingShoesPlus.Com will be happy to exchange any items returned in original condition except for special sales items. Items must not have been worn, washed, and altered. It must have all the original tags attached from the original packaging. Items that are not in original condition will not be accepted and it will be returned back to the customer.
  • Return Code #
    Customer must contact WalkingShoesPlus.Com within three days (72 hours) of receiving the shipment. We will check on the stocks for the exchanging item(s) and issue a Return Code number to customer. Be sure to indicate the return code number on the Exchange Request Form enclosed with the original shipment and on the package when you return for exchange. No returns shall be accepted without this code.
  • Exchange Request Form
    Customer must fill out the Exchange Request Form that is enclosed with the original shipping package sent to customer. Return this form along with the exchange item.
  • Discrepancy
    Total amount for exchange item must be equal or shall exceed from the original purchase when the customer initially paid. The difference will be debited to the same credit card used in first purchase. Neither partial refunds nor store credits will be issued.
  • Lost Returns
    We recommend to use insured carrier when return the item(s) for an exchange. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Shipping Cost
    Initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred for deliveries and exchanges, including expediting delivery service fees.
  • Order Cancellation
    Once the item is purchased and it is in the process for shipping or already shipped, cancellation will not be acceptable.
  • No Exchange
    Any items under sales with special low price are the final price and those are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • No Refund
    Only exchanges are allowed. No Exceptions.
